"The hotel is very dated in need of a renovation, the shower tiles need to be deep cleaned there was quite some build up from a lack of cleaning. The customer service for the check in was smooth and welcoming, I never stopped by the desk to check. I had only two staff members greet me during my entire stay one was a grounds keeper & 1 was a room attendant I feel like there is room for improvement it’s free to say hello and good morning quite disappointed in the customer service. "

"Room was clean, view was great! The hotel its self was so cute and smelled really good! Water taxi across the street was cool, walkable to the pier (10-15 min) Fort Lauderdale beach was about a 25 minute drive as well. Would stay again "

"Staff was awesome from desk to maintance guy great area but construction is going on next door so don’t expect to sleep in. Clean yet outdated. Looked as if they also are in the middle of updating and revamping. I’d def. Stay again tho. "

"Room was pretty small. Very loud where our room was, doors slamming people running, wall thin you can hear the other rooms. Thought it would be better. Had to move to a different hotel."
